A Public Hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Williamson will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at 7:30 P.M. to consider the following application(s):

Continuation of application for Site Plan Review per Town of Williamson, Town Code Section 178.82.  Applicant, Kehoe Component Sales, Inc., wishes to combine Tax ID Nos. 66117-00-305905 and 66117-00-233889 into a one-lot parcel and construct a 6,200 SF office addition and a 50,000 SF warehouse addition.  Property is owned by Pound Road Landholding, LLC and is located at 4392 Route 104 and 4407 Old Ridge Rd, Williamson, NY.  Both properties are zoned C-1.

SUSPENSION OF LAW ALLOWING THE ATTENDANCE OF MEETINGS TELEPHONICALLY OR OTHER SIMILAR SERVICE:

Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, to the extent necessary to permit any public body to meet and take such actions authorized by the law without permitting in public in-person access to meetings and authorizing such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed.

Notice of Meeting

Consistent with the Governor’s Executive Order No. 202, the Town of Williamson Zoning Board of Appeals intends to conduct the August meeting exclusively via conference phone.  Please contact the Town of Williamson at buildinginspector@towilliamson.com by noon on August 4, 2020 to receive instructions on how to listen to the proceedings if you are interested in doing so.
