Applicant(s) Ted & Terry Sutherland, PO Box 79, Pultneyville, NY, is requesting to convert existing barn into an accessory dwelling of 960 square feet of living space. The property is located at 7763 Jay Street, Williamson, NY and is owned by the applicant. Property is zoned MU-2.

Application for a Site Plan Review, per Town of Williamson, Town Code Section 178-82.  Applicant, Joseph Huss (NY Sugars), 2301 Mt. Read Blvd., Rochester, NY, is proposing construction of a new 40,330 SF sugar processing facility (Phase 1) as well as a new 14,400 SF Phase 2 building. Development includes a new employee parking lot, two loading dock areas, a tractor-trailer parking lot, rail connection to the existing Penn Central RR, and associated water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure. The property is owned by the applicant and is located at 6601 East Townline Road, Williamson, NY. Property is zoned I-1.
