Review of Special Use Permit (granted June 2023), per Town of Williamson, Town Code Section 178-25 for the Norbut Solar Farm located at 6628 East Townline Road, Williamson, NY and is Zoned I-1.

A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Williamson will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at the Williamson Town Complex at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following application(s):

Appeal No. 946:  Jeffrey Stuck of 8330 Lake St, Sodus Point, NY.  Applicant is requesting a variance for rear and side setback relief for a single-family residence pursuant to Section 178-18 (Bulk & Use Table).  Property is owned by Pultneyville Holding Co. Inc. and is located at 4120 Lake Rd, Williamson zoned MU-2 (Pultneyville Mixed Use).

Appeal No. 947:  Michael Alexander, of 721 County Line Rd, Webster, NY.  Applicant, is requesting a variance for side and rear setback relief.  Applicant would like to convert the first floor of the building into a two-family residence.  Appeal referencing 178-71C and 178-16 (Bulk and Use Table).  Property is located at 4084 Ridge Rd, Williamson and is owned by Michael Alexander.  Zoned MU-1 (Mixed Use)
