A Public Hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Williamson will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 7:30 P.M. to consider the following application(s):

Application for a Minor Subdivision of Land, per Town of Williamson, Town Code Section 152-8.  Applicant, David DeFisher, 3173 Beach Road, Williamson, would like to transfer 11.3 acres of the 30.3 acre tax parcel 64117-00-600220 to his neighbor.  The property located 3026 +/- feet north of Beach Road intersection is owned by the applicant and is zoned A-1.

A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Williamson will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at the Williamson Town Complex at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following application(s):

Continuance of Appeal No. 931:  Raymond Luke Cino of 5591 Route 21, Williamson, NY.  Applicant is requesting a Use Variance to construct a 3-family apartment on 6379 Route 21, pursuant to Section 178-93 C(2).  Property is owned by Michael Stitt.  Property is zoned C-1 (Commercial).

Appeal No. 933:  Adam Bruni, of 6438 E. Townline Rd, Williamson, NY.  Applicant is requesting a Use Variance to construct an addition to an already non-conforming existing detached garage under Section 178-93 C(2).  Property is owned by Adam Bruni.  Property is zoned C-2 (Transitional Commercial).

Appeal No. 934:  Jodi Simpson, of 3951 Ridge Rd, Williamson, NY.  Applicant is requesting an area variance for side and rear setback relief for an accessory structure under Section 178.25.  Property is owned by Jodi Simpson and is zoned MU-1 (Mixed Use).

Appeal No. 935:  Lorenzo and Sarah Cambareri, of 1000 Summitville Dr, Webster, NY.  Applicants are requesting a Use Variance to build a single-family home pursuant to Section 178-93 C(2).  Property is owned by Fred and Lisa Lorah and is zoned I-1 (Industrial).

Appeal No. 936:  Lakeshore Sales LLC, with an address of PO Box 89, Pultneyville, NY.  Applicant is requesting an area variance for minimum lot size width Per the Bulk and Use Table Section 178-10.  Property is owned by Lakeshore Sales LLC and is located on Lake Rd, Williamson, NY.  Zoned A-1 (Agricultural).

Appeal No. 937:   Lakeshore Sales LLC, with an address of PO Box 89, Pultneyville, NY.  Applicant is requesting an area variance for minimum lot width for a flag lot Per Flag Lot Definition 178-6.  Property is owned by Lakeshore Sales LLC and properties are located located on Lake Rd, Zoned A-1 (Agricultural) and Lakewood Drive, Zoned L-R (Lakefront Residential)
