Application for Site Plan Review, per Town of Williamson, Town Code Section 178-83.  Applicant, Paul B. Winslow, 5988 Russell Road, Williamson, NY, wishes to add to new structure – 2 more units to east of new structure (26 x 28–same as new building).   Property is owned by the applicant, is located at 6136 Route 21, and is zoned MU-1.

Application for Final Site Plan Approval, per Town of Williamson, Town Code Section 178-85.  Applicant, Lakeshore Sales, LLC, wishes to develop the property (33.5 acres) into 15 single family residential lots (1.16 – 3.70 acres).  Property is owned by the applicant and is zoned A-1.
