Appeal No. 936:  Lakeshore Sales LLC, with an address of PO Box 89, Pultneyville, NY.  Applicant is requesting an area variance for minimum lot size width Per the Bulk and Use Table Section 178-10.  Property is owned by Lakeshore Sales LLC and is located on Lake Rd, Williamson, NY.  Zoned A-1 (Agricultural).

Appeal No. 937:   Lakeshore Sales LLC, with an address of PO Box 89, Pultneyville, NY.  Applicant is requesting an area variance for minimum lot width for a flag lot Per Flag Lot Definition 178-6.  Property is owned by Lakeshore Sales LLC and properties are located located on Lake Rd, Zoned A-1 (Agricultural) and Lakewood Drive, Zoned L-R (Lakefront Residential)
