Appeal No. 945:  Mallorie Hogan, applicant, is requesting a variance to convert a mix-use business/apartment into a two-family.  Property is located at 6194 Route 21, Williamson and is owned by Maroland Properties, LLC.  Zoned MU-1 (Mixed Use)
