Application for Final Site Plan Approval, per Town of Williamson, Town Code Section 178-85. Applicant, Lakeshore Sales, LLC, wishes to develop the property (33.5 acres) into 15 single family residential lots (1.16 – 3.70 acres). Property is owned by the applicant and is zoned A-1.
