A Public Hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Williamson will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 7:30 P.M. to consider the following application(s):

Application for a Site Plan Review, per Town of Williamson, Town Code Section 178-82.  Applicant, Joseph Huss (NY Sugars), 2301 Mt. Read Blvd., Rochester, NY, is proposing construction of a new 40,330 SF sugar processing facility (Phase 1) as well as a new 14,400 SF Phase 2 building. Development includes a new employee parking lot, two loading dock areas, a tractor-trailer parking lot, rail connection to the existing Penn Central RR, and associated water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure. The property is owned by the applicant and is located at 6601 East Townline Road, Williamson, NY. Property is zoned I-1.

Application for a Minor Subdivision of Land, per Town of Williamson, Town Code Section 152-8.  Applicant, Clint VanStrien, 5845 E. Townline Road, Williamson, would like to convey the back 1.579 acres to Ridge View Acres, LLC and merge it with its existing property Tax ID 66117-00-822233.  The property (above) is owned by the applicant and is zoned A-1.
