Wayne County veterans are able to get transportation to and from Canandaigua, Rochester and Syracuse VA Medical Facilities through the usage of RTS Wayne.
Veterans requesting service must call RTS Wayne in Lyons at (315) 946-5617 two weeks prior to their appointment to schedule service. All appointments must be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. Buses travel on the following days to the locations listed:

The service provided by RTS Wayne is “door to door”. Assistance to the bus from the veteran’s residence, as well as into the medical buildings visited, will be facilitated by a third party.
