The results of the Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Williamson on Thursday, July 25, 2019, are as follows:

Appeal No. 888:  RC Property Management, request for side setback relief for construction of a single-family residence located at 6283 Route 21 was denied.

Appeal No. 889:  Ken Marriott, 4133 Pearsall Rd, Williamson, NY.  Request for a variance to construct a shed forward of the primary structure than permitted by Zoning Code was approved.
