A Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Williamson will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at the Williamson Town Complex at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following application(s):

 Appeal No. 892:  Delaware River Solar and its affiliate NY Williamson I, LLC of 33 Irving Place, 10th Floor, New York, NY.  Applicant is requesting a use permit pursuant to Chapter 178.13 residential District – Article II and Chapter 178.14 Bulk and Use Table.  Property is owned by Tobin Farms, and is located on Eddy Rd, Town of Williamson, NY.  Zoned R-1.

The above application(s) is (are) open for inspection at the office of the Building & Zoning Dept, 6380 Route 21, Suite II, Williamson, NY.  Persons wishing to appear at such hearings may do so in person or by an attorney or other representative.

Zoning Board Public Hearing Results

The results of the Public Hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Williamson on Thursday, July 25, 2019, are as follows:

Appeal No. 888:  RC Property Management, request for side setback relief for construction of a single-family residence located at 6283 Route 21 was denied.

Appeal No. 889:  Ken Marriott, 4133 Pearsall Rd, Williamson, NY.  Request for a variance to construct a shed forward of the primary structure than permitted by Zoning Code was approved.
