Appeal No. 932:  Paul Winslow, of 5988 Russell Rd, Williamson, NY.  Applicant is requesting an area variance to construct a two-family residence on 6136 Route 21,  pursuant to Section 178-93 C (3).  Property is owned by Thomas Wyble and is zoned MU-1 (Mixed Use)
