Ø Elwood Keukalaar, 6721 Tuckahoe Road, TP No. 65118-00-469217. Requesting exemption from further review for a one lot subdivision splitting the existing house and out buildings from the operating fruit farm portion. Alan Verbridge (buyer) will be representing the Keukalaars.

Ø Review of an updated cemetery ordinance for town-owned cemeteries.

Ø Brugge Farms labor facility site plan review per ZBA request for Special Use Permit.
