PROPOSALS FOR WILLIAMSON PUBLIC LIBRARY

MEETING ROOM RENOVATION

 

The Town of Williamson will receive sealed Proposals for the Williamson Public Library Meeting Room Renovation. The work consists of Electrical, Plumbing, and General Trades work at:

Williamson Public Library

6380 Route 21

Williamson, NY 14589

 

Bid Documents may be obtained from Passero Associates at www.passero.com under the ‘Bid’ tab for a fee of $20.00 (non-refundable) beginning on March 2, 2020 at 9:00AM. Copies of the above-described Contract Documents may be examined at no expense at the Town Hall.  A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project will be held at the Williamson Public Library on Tuesday, March 10 @ 2:00 PM.

Bids will be received on a Lump Sum basis.

Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of each project.

The Owner will receive bids until:

Bid Opening:     Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the specified receiving time at the Williamson Public Library.

Bid Format:        Sealed envelope addressed to Town of Williamson and be designated as

 “Williamson Public Library Meeting Room Renovation”

Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding.
