The Town of Williamson will receive sealed Proposals for the Williamson Public Library Lighting Replacement. The work consists of Electrical and General Trades work for new LED Lighting at:

Bid Documents may be obtained from Passero Associates at www.passero.com under the ‘Bid’ tab for a fee of $20.00 (non-refundable) beginning on August 15, 2019 at 9:00AM. Copies of the above-described Contract Documents may be examined at no expense at the Town Hall.

  • A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project will be held at the Williamson Public Library on August 22, 2019 @ 2:00 PM.
  • Bids will be received on a Lump Sum basis.
  • Bidders will be responsible for paying prevailing wages throughout the course of each project.
  • The Owner will receive bids until:

  • Bid Opening: Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the specified receiving time at the Williamson Public Library.
  • Bid Format: Sealed envelope addressed to Town of Williamson and be designated as

                        “Williamson Public Library Lighting Replacement”

  • Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidding.
